KACEEwillbanksColletti
...is the epitome of an All-American girl! Kacee says her runway happens to have a dirt floor. She is multi-faceted indeed. Whether it be business, horses, fashion, on-screen appearances or volunteer work she is sure to leave a mark.
She has been taught the old fashioned way of how to properly care for a horse and to say
that she gets it done right is a severe understatement! Kacee's grandfather was a horseman, cattle rancher, and Colorado legend. He taught her that to be successful you must do the work and when it comes to the care and training of her horses, Kacee never takes a short cut.
Her father was extremely pivotal in teaching her a strong work ethic, never quit winners attitude, and that the right way is the only way! Kacee credits her entire family for her continued success in the horse business. They have been a steady motivator for Kacee and continue to dabble in the business as well.
With her grandfathers demand to “train her own horses” and her father’s help in doing so, Kacee successfully did just that. “I’m thankful that I had to learn how to ride and what made them tick. That is something that can’t be taught at a clinic.” Kacee now in turn breeds and raises her own colts and is hands on from start to finish. Aside from guiding the rodeo world Kacee has always established an amazing balance between “business” and extracurricular participation.
Being well-rounded, assisted her in broadening her horizons. She has always made time to help kids with their horsemanship and enjoys giving children riding lessons. Kacee also enjoys creating intricate drawings, new business ventures and fashion. Kacee worked as a fashion consultant for the largest national western clothing company for three years
where she also assisted in the design of new products.
With her established knowledge in fashion, she is now working on her own clothing line that will feature a perfect balance between rodeo and hollywood. The women's line will be cost-conscious for the woman who wants to define and reinvent her style. Labels full of love! Check out her fashion column in Rodeo Fame Magazine.
While dominating on the elite front, Kacee was always sharply dressed. This led to Kacee’s western modeling gigs and the cover of the 2006 Cowgirl Calendar. As well as a guest starring role in the abc family television series “Wildfire.”
She currently is the co-owner of a handful of successful businesses and thoroughly enjoys the fast pace of managing social networking platforms and was recently voted as one of the BEST IN PUEBLO by her community. Kacee has previously owned a multi-function tanning/hair/nail salon, has completed the required course for Colorado real estate licensing, is SAG (screen actors guild) eligible and is also a notary public.
Kacee recently embarked on a new adventure. She took the plunge and guaranteed a year of her life to being a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer. She successfully completed her training and was officially sworn in as a mandatory reporter in March of 2012. She is currently working with her first case, and to no surprise, has found it extremely heart wrenching yet exceptionally rewarding to serve as the children's voice and more importantly become their friend. "Through the six universal virtues we can aid in human thriving." Being a humanitarian is something Kacee practices on a daily basis. "With simple acts of kindness and unselfishness we will restore our faith in humanity." Volunteering in her community is important to her and she recently won People's Choice Award at the 2014 Dancing with the Pueblo Starz and is on the Pueblo Country Club marketing/membership committee.
Kacee has a genuine demeanor and extremely strong faith, instilled by her grandmother. She is articulate and a people person and promotes this through her ability to listen. She is goal orriented and has an exceptional air of confidence to conquer any aspiration.
“When people run, you walk. When people walk, you run.”
“When the going gets tough, the tough get going.”
Her star studded rodeo career speaks for itself and her values are
modeled after the cowboy legends of yesteryear.
